MCGF 7 – JULY 26 & 27, 2008

Please keep in mind that East Hill Road will be closed to traffic on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am till 6:00 pm for the safety of racers and spectators alike.

Parking is free at SVCS and Ferris.  Free shuttle buses to the racing.  Shuttle buses will run continuously (every 15-20 minutes) all day Saturday and Sunday.  There are two shuttle stops—one at the top of the hill at Haselaur Road and one at the bottom of the hill at Relyea Drive.  We recommend taking the bus to the top and walking down (or enjoying the racing from the bus stop).

Please keep in mind, there will be walking involved.  Portable chairs are recommended if you wish to sit.  Food and drinks will be available at the Legion.

ØSaturday, July 26

o   7:00 - 8:00 am – Check-In

o   7:00 - 10:00 am – Tech Inspection

o   8:00 am – Rider’s Meeting

o   8:15 am – Practice Begins (continuous as permitted)

o   9:00 am – Racing Begins

§  9:00 – Gravity Bikes

§  10:00 – Am Luge, Inline Board

o   12:00 - 12:30 pm – Lunch - Band 'Pudge' will be playing at Crash Corner during lunch

o   12:30 pm – Racing Resumes

§  12:30 – Am Speedboard/ Juniors

§  2:30 – Pro Luge

§  5:00 – Pro Luge Finals

Join us at the Legion Saturday evening.  The band 'Pudge' will be playing for your listening enjoyment.  MCGF Souveniers wil be available along with 50/50 raffle tickets.

ØSunday, July 27

o   8:00 am – Rider’s Meeting

o   8:15 am – Practice Begins (continuous as permitted)

o   9:00 am – Racing Begins

§  9:00 – Buttboard

o   11:00 am – Bucket Brigade (Crowd Favorite)

o   11:30 am - 12:00 pm – Lunch - Band 'Pudge' will be playing at Crash Corner during lunch

o   12:00 pm – Racing Resumes

§  12:00 pm – Pro Speedboard

§  4:30 pm – Pro Speedboard Finals

§  6:30 pm – Awards Ceremony

Join us at the Legion on East Hill Road after racing each day for autographs, mingling, souvenirs, etc.
